eXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT CHARGES

  

More than a decade after the master plan was created to convert Gurgaon into a model urban development center seeking the participation of both the Government and Private developers, many aspects of the plan either has not been fulfilled or have undergone prejudicial deviations. External Development Charges(EDC) collected have not been spent for infrastructure development.
